Shipping and Packaging Policy

Art Print Orders

Unless otherwise stated, art print orders are fulfilled by a Print on Demand (POD) print partner. Depending on where you are in the world, prints are usually shipped within one week of ordering for UK and for International orders and may take between 3-7 business days to arrive.
Prints are sent in cardboard tubes with paper tape which can be resused and/or recycled. Great for craft projects!

Greeting Card and Original Artwork Orders

For greeting cards and original artwork orders I will send them within 2 working days of ordering. If you are in a hurry and need something for a gift for example, please get in touch and I will do my best to meet your deadline.

UK Shipping Times

UK orders are sent with Royal Mail unless they are larger parcels then I will try to find the cheapest courier service as they are sometimes better value – I use Transglobal Express as they offer good rates and flexibility.

International Shipping Times

I use Transglobal Express to find you the cheapest courier for parcels. It is important that you provide a phone number for international courier services in case the delivery driver has an issue delivering your parcel.

If you are an international customer, please be patient as packages can take a while being cleared through customs and I have no control over this at all. All international orders will have a tracking number sent to you.

Packaging

I try to use recycled packaging as much as possible. It might not look as pretty as a branded box, but let’s all save the planet.

Returns and Refunds

Hopefully you are delighted with your purchase so returns are not generally accepted, but if you have a problem please get in touch and we can sort it out as soon as possible.

There are NO refunds for Shamanic Readings as stated in the Terms and Conditions.
